BYWZ3 series explosion-proof electric hydraulic drum brake1

Operating Conditions:

-Ambient temperature: -20 ℃ ~ +50 ℃

-Relative air humidity: ≤ 90%

-The environment shall be free of significant corrosive gases, dust or flammable and explosive media (compliant with the requirements of explosion-proof rating).

-Altitude: In accordance with GB 755-2000

-Installation site: No severe vibration or impact; the mounting base shall be flat and meet the equipment installation accuracy requirements.

structure and working principle

The BYWZ3 series brake is composed of a brake frame and a matched YT1 series thruster. When energized, the actuator actuates and its push rod extends rapidly, opening the brake lining via lever mechanism; when de-energized, the thruster push rod retracts quickly under the force of the brake spring, engaging the brake lining to achieve braking.
