YWZ13 series electric hydraulic brake

Purpose and main characteristics:
- Widely used for deceleration or parking braking of mechanical drive devices such as lifting, transportation, metallurgy, mining, ports, docks, and construction.
- The installation dimensions and braking torque parameters comply with JB/ZQ4388-1997, and the technical requirements comply with JB/T6406-2006.
- Safe and reliable performance, smooth braking, high operating frequency, and adjustable braking torque.
- The main swing hinge point is equipped with self-lubricating bearings, which have high transmission efficiency and do not require lubrication during use.
- The brake spring is arranged inside the spring tube and equipped with a torque scale. The braking torque display is intuitive and easy to adjust.
- The asbestos free brake pads and brake pads adopt a card insertion type, which is safe and reliable, and easy and fast to replace.
- Interlocking equal clearance device: During use, always maintain equal clearance between the two sides of the tile block to avoid uneven clearance causing the brake pad on one side to float against the brake wheel.
Conditions of Use:
-Environmental temperature: -20 ℃~50 ℃ .
-The relative humidity of the air should not exceed 90%.
-The altitude of the usage location complies with GB755-2008.
-There shall be no flammable, explosive or corrosive gases in the working environment. Otherwise, explosion-proof or anti-corrosion products should be used.

Product Introduction

The YWZ13 series electric hydraulic drum brake consists of two main parts: a matching brake frame and an electric hydraulic thruster. When powered on, the electric hydraulic actuator moves, its push rod quickly rises, and opens the brake pad through lever action; When the power is cut off, the push rod of the electric hydraulic actuator rapidly descends under the action of spring force, and closes the brake pad through lever action to achieve braking function.
