YW-K Series Electro-Hydraulic Drum Brake
Purpose and Main Characteristics：

The YW-K series electro-hydraulic drum brake is widely applied to the braking of various mechanisms in lifting, transportation, metallurgy, mining, port and construction machinery.

Its mounting dimensions comply with DIN 15435 and JB/T 7021-2006 standards, and its technical requirements conform to JB/T 6406-2006 standards.
Operating Conditions:
- Ambient temperature: -20 ℃ ~ +50 ℃
- No flammable, explosive or corrosive gases in the working environment; anti-corrosion rated products shall be adopted for such conditions.
- Relative air humidity: ≤ 90%

Product Overview
The YW-K series electro-hydraulic drum brake is a normally open type, typically driven by an electro-hydraulic thruster. When energized, the thruster actuates to separate the brake linings from the brake drum, putting the brake in a released state; when de-energized, the brake linings clamp the brake drum tightly under the action of the brake spring to achieve braking. Different models are suitable for different brake drum diameters, with the braking torque range varying accordingly. For example, the YWK-315/500 is suitable for drum diameters of 315 mm to 500 mm, with a maximum braking torque of 630 Nm (660 Nm for certain models). The standard operating voltage is AC 380 V, 50 Hz, and other voltage ratings can be customized to order.
