Purpose and Main Characteristics：

Primarily for smooth deceleration and braking of operating mechanisms in small and medium-sized cranes across lifting, transportation, metallurgy, mining, port and dock, and engineering machinery sectors.

As a normally open type brake, it enables smooth deceleration and precise braking for operators during operation.

Mounting dimensions and braking torque parameters conform to JB/ZQ4388-1997.

Normally open structure with vertical installation design.

Smooth braking performance with accurate positioning.

No external power supply required.
Operating Conditions：
- Ambient temperature: -20℃ ~ 50℃
- Relative air humidity: ≤ 90%
- No flammable, explosive or corrosive gases in the working environment. If applicable, explosion-proof or anti-corrosion products shall be used.

Product Overview
The TYWZ2 Series Foot-Operated Hydraulic Drum Brake is a normally open, hydraulically driven brake controlled by a foot-operated hydraulic pump. When the foot pedal is depressed, the hydraulic pump generates pressure to push the brake linings against the brake wheel, achieving the braking function; when the pedal is released, the brake linings return to their original position via the return spring, and the brake reverts to a normally open state. This brake is suitable for the deceleration and braking of non-hoisting winch drive units, enabling precise control of winch operating speed and ensuring stable, safe operation.
