  1. Maintenance personnel must be familiar with the schematic diagram of the wire rope brake, understand the functions, control methods, and working principles of each main component of the wire rope brake.
  2. The thruster oil should be replaced after three months of use of the new machine, and it should be replaced once a year thereafter. The oil quality must be clean, and anti rust oil should be added to the upper and lower movable clamps every shift to ensure smooth movement. The steel wire rope brake should be tested for effectiveness once a month.
  3. Check the accumulated water in the pneumatic control valve and drain it if there is any.
  4. Regularly monitor and pay attention to the working condition of the system, observe the working pressure, noise, temperature, and other conditions of the system, and keep records on time. Especially sensor devices should be regularly inspected. If maintenance or replacement is required, please pay attention to the model and manual requirements.
  5. During maintenance, repair, and daily management, it is necessary to maintain the cleanliness of the wire rope brake and the surrounding environment, and prevent dust, dirt, and other debris from entering the equipment and system.
  6. Regularly check the connection joints of all fasteners to prevent failure. If there are any abnormalities during operation, the machine should be stopped and professional personnel should be hired to troubleshoot. Do not work with defects.
  7. Non professionals are not allowed to adjust or disassemble the wire rope brake. Especially when the system has not been depressurized and the control power supply has not been cut off, it is forbidden to conduct maintenance or disassembly of the system to avoid causing personal injury accidents.
  8. After repairing the wire rope brake, repeat the inspection before powering on the system.
