YWZ4 series electric hydraulic brake

Purpose and main characteristics:
- Widely used for deceleration or parking braking of mechanical drive devices such as lifting, transportation, metallurgy, mining, ports, and construction.
- The installation dimensions and braking torque parameters comply with JB/ZQ4388-1997, and the technical requirements comply with JB/T6406-2006.
- The main swing hinge point is equipped with self-lubricating bearings, which have high transmission efficiency and do not require lubrication during use.
- Installation types of brake pads: riveted and card inserted. (Please specify when placing an order).
Conditions of Use:
-Environmental temperature: -20 ℃~50 ℃ .
-The relative humidity of the air should not exceed 90%.
-The altitude of the usage location complies with GB755-2008.
-There shall be no flammable, explosive or corrosive gases in the working environment. Otherwise, explosion-proof or anti-corrosion products should be used.

Note: YWZB, YWZ4B, YWZ8, and YWZ13 are interchangeable. YWZB is matched with a YT type thruster, while YWZ4B, YWZ8, and YWZ13 have equal backlash devices. The YWZ13 spring is located on the side and is arranged inside the spring tube. It is equipped with a braking torque scale and can be equipped with an automatic wear compensation device for lining blocks.
Product Introduction

YWZ4 series electric hydraulic drum brake product models include YWZ4-100 to YWZ4-800, with a suitable wheel diameter range of 100mm to 800mm and a braking torque range of 40Nm to 12500Nm. The power supply voltage is three-phase AC 380V, 50Hz.
Normally closed design, spring brakes when power is cut off, and the braking force is transmitted to the brake pads through the brake arms on both sides, so that the brake pads come into contact with the brake wheels to achieve braking; When powered on, the thruster is released, generating sufficient thrust to further compress the brake spring, causing the brake arm to expand outward on both sides. The brake pad disengages from the brake wheel, and the brake stops braking.
Widely used in the deceleration or braking of mechanical drive devices such as lifting, transportation, metallurgy, mining, ports, docks, and construction machinery. It is also suitable for environments with explosion-proof requirements, such as lifting and transportation, belt transportation, port loading and unloading, and other fields.
